1. Course Purchase & Refund Eligibility

  • Once a student purchases a digital course, live batch, recorded class, test series, study material, or subscription, the refund eligibility shall be governed by the terms mentioned herein.
  • Refund requests will only be considered in genuine cases such as:
    • Duplicate payment made by the student.
    • Technical error resulting in multiple transactions.
    • Non-delivery of purchased service due to a verified technical issue from our side.
    • Any other situation as required under applicable laws.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Access to recorded video lectures.
  • Downloadable PDFs, notes, study materials, and digital content.
  • Live classes already attended.
  • Test series already accessed.
  • Subscription plans after activation.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the student must contact our support team with:

  • Registered Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Transaction ID
  • Proof of Payment
  • Reason for Refund Request

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Processing time may vary depending upon banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Students may cancel a purchase before accessing the course content, subject to eligibility.
  • No cancellation charges shall be imposed except where permitted by applicable law and platform terms.

6. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Consumers are entitled to protection against unfair trade practices, misleading advertisements, and deficiency in services as provided under Indian law.
